Hi this is just a little list of tips for my hostesses.
1. Contact me and set your date!
Make sure your preferred date is going to work for both of us.
2.  I will create a facebook event and invite you to it.
Once I invite you to your event I will post pictures of the jewelry and hair stuff to your event.
Plus people can direct questions to me about inventory etc. Make sure to let everyone know that the party is cash and carry! They get to wear their favorite styles home!!!
3. I take cash (preferred) credit cards (2nd choice) and if you need to write a check, I ask that you write it to the hostess and then she can make one big check out to me!!!  I have a credit card reader for my ipad and it is very secure, I may ask to use your wireless internet connection if you have one.
4. I think that using evite.com is a great way to send a secondary invite to your list. There are many cool styles to choose from and you can choose to use an invite that has the option of using a picture. I can send you a picture of the jewelry to put in that spot if you want to do so. I can email you an invitation to use as well. You can fill in the fields and send it out to your friends via email attachment.  I do request a mailing list of guests within 24 hours of setting up your event. I have invitations that I like to send out via snail mail! It never hurts to over-invite and cover ALL the bases!
5. Remind your friends and family before the event. A Text, email or fb reminder is fantastic. Especially the day before and day of your event!
6. Encourage friends to bring a friend. Sometimes I just give a prize away if people are bringing lots of friends! Please, try to get at least one of your friends to book a party- before your party! (Just has to be on the calendar, doesnt matter the date).
7. Each hostess receives a small hosting gift from me that is not Paparazzi related. Please advise if you have any kinds of allergies either to food or soaps/fragrances.
8. Keep the evening simple. Plan for special fun upbeat music. You don't have to have a ton of food. This party can be open house style, or boutique style as we call it. People drop in, shop and leave. Your house becomes a boutique for 2 hours.
9. I will need to break down my display at the time we agreed upon. There are times when I do more than one party in an evening. Please make sure that your last  guest arrives at least 30mins before the end time. I don't like passing a latecomer at the door as I'm leaving with my displays.
10. If your guests book an event with me- on the night of his/her show, you both recieve an extra gift!

How Many Freebies Do You Earn For Hosting A Party:

1 Free Item on the night of your show just for having the party. No host ever walks away empty handed! But, the more you sell- the more you get! So be excited about the jewelry when your friends arrive! Pick out up to 5 pieces you want for yourself and I will announce when you have earned them! And, wear the free piece you get for hosting, too! Show it off! Paparazzi is contagious!

$100.00 party=2 Free Pieces.
$200.00 party=4 Free Pieces.
$300.00 party=6 Free Pieces.
$400.00+ party= 8-10 Free Pieces!

I hold several drawings for various things throughout the month/ year, and I pick the winners from the info client cards I set out at each party to fill out. Please encourage your friends to fill out these cards for their chance at free jewelry, too!
